Has anyone had the "Take" button freeze in VT5? I don't mean the "Take" button on the RS-8, but the actual icon on the switcher skin. In my experience here's what happens: during a switch, cuts, takes, DVEs, etc. the "Take" button will illuminate blue and stay that way until the mouse is clicked again.
For example, I've just switched between 2 cameras then go to the audio mixer to make an adjustment, but as soon as I click in the mixer, the cameras switch back. At first I really didn't know what was going on, but then I noticed the "Take" button was illuminated and the problem only happens when the button is "frozen".
I hope my description made some sense. Tech-Support says they've heard of the problem and that re-setting configs should fix it. However, I'm not sure what steps produced the problem. I'll keep trying to find an accurate way to re-produce the problem, but thought I would check if this had happened to anyone else?
