Quadro FX 500

Is anyone using a quadro FX 500? No matter what I do Modeler crashes as soon as textures are called up - tried 2 cards on 2 machines, different mobos (Tyan/VIA and MSI/SIS), different ram (pc133 and pc2100), all new video and agp drivers. LW tech support was stumped. Like to know if this is a fluke or if anyone else has run into it.

2 cards on 2 machines? Do you mean 2 video cards? Does the problem follow the video card?

Yeah. I tried the card in two different machines - same problem on both. RMA'd the card, tried the replacement FX 500 card - same problem.

Wasn't having trouble with old cards (3d Labs Oxygen, Elsa Gladiac) just needed more RAM and speed. Also, had to add Maya to toolset and it doesn't like GeForce cards too much.

Anyho, mostly wanted to see if this was a LW prob we should all be aware of, or another "we've never heard of that one before" luck-of-the draw problem.
