Very nice scene, but I do think the fog at the bottom seems unevenly distributed along the bottom. A lot at the right and then not so much at the left and going towards the top. Perhaps that's just the lighting set up but it looks strange to me.

Hmmm...I don't think I'd be loitering around that intersection for too long. ;)
Nice sense of doom there. One thing, the cobblestones look almost like they're floating in the water on the street. You might want to tone down the reflection in the water a bit or maybe add some blur.

I don't think the cobbles look like they're floating, but I do think the cobbles should be more rounded on the tops, not quite so hard edged and sharp.
Otherwise I like this a lot. A good grade would lift it even higher.
Cheers!

Really nice render. The mood is set well.
I have to agree with CAClark. Cobblestones would be very worn and rounded. At first look, I thought the street had flooded and there were wood squares from shingles floating about. They also look a little bit "too" random; like someone simply tossed them out to build a surface.

Looks good overall. Only crit I have is that the cobblestones don't look wet to me.

I really like the direction this is going in, the image is really nice. I think I have to agree about the cobblestones not being wet, the myst would have given them a wet sheen. One other thing is the camera angle has the hangman's frames top bar getting lost on the background. A little angle change and it would show up much better.

I'd kill to see some wires of that. The tiled roofs looks great.
