I registered about a week ago, and still have not gotten my number by e-mail.

I got that, so I know they have my e-mail address, and I sent a question to their e-mail address asking how long it would take, and have not heard back yet. Does it take that long just to e-mail me a registration number?

just give them a call using the 1.800 number....they can give you your registration info over the phone. :)

Strange, i got mine in under an hour, and i have heard the same from other users.
