Our Tricaster has been freezing up when we go into or try to go into chroma key mode. The mouse still stays functional but the video freezes up. The only way to correct it is with a complete power cycle. A month or so ago we were having problems with the whole unit freezing up and we had to do a complete reboot to bring it back. Any ideas. We do live educational distance learning programs and it is a bit of a problem to do a complete power cycle in the middle of a program while we are on the air. It seems that Tricaster freezes up in a lot of different circumstances from what I have read here. Could this be a bigger problem that needs to be corrected in a software revision? We also had a situation where a program recorded to the hard drive went into fast forward mode for the last 2-3 minutes of the program. It recorded that way, as I pulled the file into the editing program and on the time line you can see where it just compressed the last two to three minutes into about 1 minute. I did check the hard drive and it does not appear to be too full. We do have a VM connected. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this? I am looking forward to the "red carpet" event and maybe I can get some answers there.
