Select Symmetric

Hi!
Just curious.
Once I have selected a bunch of polygons in a symmetric object, for example an arm in an human body, there is a command that allow to select the symmetrical polys? (apart to have the "symmetry" switch enabled while selecting)

If you only have one side selected, turn on symmetry and activate the move tool, then just click (but dont drag) anywhere in the viewport. This should trigger the symmetry selection and select the matching polygons on the other side of the axis. A positive sideeffect kind of thing.
