This is a trivial question, but i was trying to instal an "unwrap" plugin with these guidelines:

"To install the plug-in,

1. Copy unwrap.p to the Modeler plug-ins directory.
2. Select "Add Plugin" from the Objects/Custom list.
3. Select unwrap.p from the files list.

Unwrap will appear under Tools/Custom."

I cant find Objects/Custom for some reason. I can only instal a plugin through "Modeler>Plug-in>add Plug-in." Even after this i cant find the plugin after i install it. I know this is and eay task, but could someone please clarify what im supposed to do. thank you so much if you could.

I have never installed that particular plugin, but have a look at the 'additional' drop down button under the 'Construct' tab. It might appear in the list of plugins there.

Cheers,

I've tweaked my modeler menus pretty heavily, but I do believe that Tools/Custom is from v5.6 or so. Do the Modeler->Interface->Edit Menu Layout to put Unwrap on one of your tabs. You should also be able to find it in the Additional drop down that Justinw spoke of, but that list has a tendency to get huge quick.

After installation, you'll find Unwrap in the "Additional" portion of the Command window.
