AVI Wrapper freezes Flix Pro

I'm using Flix Pro to encode FLV (ON2 VP6) videos for the web. When trying to use an AVI wrapped project from VT4.6, Flix Pro will load the first image of the wrapped AVI then freezes and goes into 'program not responding'. Anyone successfully using this method? (Using a regular AVI rendered out of VT4.6 works fine.)
