SHIFT+F9 doesn't work with lw7.5c?!?!

what's happen guys. I can't make a motion blur preview .
What's wrong?

maybe the wrong viewport? works only in camera view and does the job very well here for my lw 7.5c.

Have anyone plugin assign to SHIFT+F9?? Here my shortcut is empty.

I found it in display Tab :D
