Pretty self explanatory. I'm mostly done modeling the top (see render).

After watching William Vaughan's movie on compositing I was inspired to ditch sIBL and use the methods he showed. Same model, although there's some detail on the bottom you can't see. I'll post another render soon.

OK I'll bite, it this a Tri-pod or a Trip-od?

So far, it just looks like it's the head off of a tripod. Like a Big Bogen/Manfrotti(sp) for an eng camera.

More polys are needed, though.

Yeah. I'm gonna redo it. And this time I'll use some reference photos. Might have another render to post before I do that.

Oh, and it's Tri-pod. :D
