Its good, but the lighting is off. nothing seems to have shadows, so it looks as if it is all just render out seperatly and then stuck on top of each other in PS.

the pics a nice idea, but the lighting contransts so much, it just makes it look even worse.

I know thats quite harsh, but the modeling is fine, its a shame to make it look bad with a bad lighting rig.

The lighting does need work, but it's not bad (I don't think as bad as Rei makes it sound to me). Adjust the lighting and put in some shadows for sure.

The image map is stretching on the brick wall and some of the other textures on the Vase etc, seems to be creating spiral like patterns.

The surface on the rear wall should be applied as a Cubic Projection so you don't get the stretch marks on the side of the block.

and just as a matter of personal preference, I don't think you would find "rustic" cut blocks of stone in what appears to be a very modern office, I'd probably do it in marble - but then again, no one ever asked me to design a meeting room.

Looks like you got buckets loads of ambient there - way too flat.

Try running innercaster on a unlit scene - and make sure ambient is less than 10% at most, ideally 5% or less unless you're using radiosity.

it also looks like the texture on the back wall is upside-down; the shadows don't look right. the girl, on the other hand, looks perfect.
