How do i get the 9.3? Right now i have 9.0.

On the blue bar at the very top of this page, there is a "Customer Care" option. If you put the mouse on top of it, a drop down menu will appear. Click on "Registration" in that drop down menu.

Once you've registered and logged in, there will be a "downloads" section in your personal site that you can get it from. If you're in Europe the process may be different...

Not really. Just go to http://register.newtek.com and sign in to your account. Then go to the My Downloads page as stated my JCG.
