VT[2/3], SR 5.5 and 3rd party cards

Does anyone know if it is possible using Speed Razor 5.5 to capture video through the toaster inputs and simultaneously capture the related audio via a third party card (ie. lynx or something similar)? I'm looking for a way to bypass the toaster audio - for capture only - without spending a fortune. Also, does anyone know what if SR 5.5 can capture to more codecs than just rtv?
