I like it. Nice model. Ok animation (dance is better than walk).
He looks more like a farmer to me though. I think he looks too clean and sober to be a mechanic. I'd suggest not rolling up the jeans so far. Either don't roll up at all or just rolling up once, leaving it resting the feet/shoes. Setting up the deformations might be tricky though (gonna have to do this myself soon). The cap looks odd. The brim is so big it¨s hard to identify it as a cap at all from these views. Maybe try making the brim smaller or sharper. Maybe place it slightly skewed. Also the shirt looks like a poloneck in these clips (although I'm almost seeing a zipper on it? Is it acctually a sweatshirt/training overall? In that case give maybe give it a trimming in another color) which obviously would not be a good workclothes for a mechanic. Last, I find it odd how the pants go so high up on the hips.
It might seem I'm critiquing more than I'm praising. But when I do comment it's usually because I see something I like, but feel it needs just abit of finessing. So take the comments the way they were meant, as suggestions. It's great as it is aswell.
Hey, thanks - surfacing is on the list, so colors may change, and some sort of dirt will be added. I'll probably work on the collar, so that it looks more like a shirt. Skewing the cap is a good idea, too.
Hm, should add a picture ^^

Not bad .. jumping actions are pretty hard to recreate and you've done a good job with it so far.
Only crit I'd have is he could do with a bit more "pre-move" tension - he doesn't look like he's crouching down and bending down enough to get the power required to jump that high.
Good point, I've done another version, he's bending more now, and I've added a brief pause of 8 frames before the jump; which somehow adds to to the tension.
