Hi, I am new to this forum. I came across a picture of a head on a website and decided to try and model it. but.... it looks all wrong so far. So I guess i am looking at comments/help/ect.. on how to fix it up to look a bit like the picture of the real head.
I am also interested in finding out if there are any users in Johanesburg, South Africa.
Thanks
Note the figure has sunglasses on cause I have not modeled the eyes yet and am only going to do so once the face looks normal.

I'm from Cape Town, Rei ;)
Hey kennetwaspe, you trying to model Pieter Dirk Uys? :D
If you are trying to get a good likeness, then I think you may be going about it the wrong way.
Are you box-modelling this head? If so, I don't think it's the easiest way to model a realistic likeness (in my opinion). When I model a head based on a real person, I model detail-out. So I basically stick pics of the person in my viewports, start placing points and then make polys.
Leeeiiiiiigggghhhhh (scream that)
your here too! cool. i dont know why i thought you were johanosburg based? whoops!
