Looks beautiful, I think I have the reference pic you interpreted. The grass Looks pretty boogy though, looks like moss.:)

I really like it. The only thing I could say is for sunlight, that shadowline should be more harsh. It's too soft right now.

I like the painterly quality of the 2d original. The medium really suits the subject matter. Sun drenched, white washed walls, contrasted with the flat blue sea. It gives it a kind of excapist feel, whereas your image is very much ground in reality.

I think your scene is good but it doesn't have the same inpact, the rigid straight lines look too clinical and cold. You need to break them up, add some irregularity and some edge detail. The surface on the wall looks too much like raw brick, and I think the green grass and the blue shadows tends make the image seem too cool.

I would go for warmer tones to contrast against the blue of the sky and sea, work with a limited pallete and possibly experiment with some post processing/image FX in photoshop.

I think the wall is kinda too flat, and the edge is too perfect (right side wall)
But it is good~ and i always want to go to Greece~

Details on lighting?

The image is very good for me, the only thing is the walls, the horizontal unbraked lins seem to suggest a raw concrete simply painted in white, that is so cheap...
i say it because normally the liquid concrete is put in negative shapes made of long wood (mmm what's the word?) "tables".

Looks pretty good !!!

I would ad some dirt, the image just looks a little bit to clean.

Wow, picky people. I think that this is absolutely outstanding. Personally i think that the grass is excellent. It is one of the first things that caught my eye. I think the colors are great. I don't think they should be warmer(oranger) because, based on the shadows, it appears to be around noontime, where the sun is at its bluest. Truly photo-real! Great job!!!

Wow, picky people.

I'm just giving an honest opinion. Which is the reason people post images in the first place. This isn't an emotional therapy group.

I understand that, and i understand the value of honest criticism. It just seemed like there was a lot of criticism, and not too many "Hey, great job" type comments. And i think that this image deserves that as well.
