More fun with DOF

This "new" Photo-real DOF is great fun. Continuing motion graphics thread, here is another small animation.

cool animations, how did you achieve this ? purely by using motion blur and DOF with some groovy textures/displaced geometry ?

No motion blur, no displacement. Everything modelled, textured and later animated with depth of field. But animated displacements would increase "cool factor" for sure, so I will try them with my other idea later this week.
