.mov digital juice files hang up editing

Is there a fix for .mov files imported and dragged onto the edit line hanging the entire os and making a power-down and restart necessary? All of my digital juice .mov files hang the system in edit move when I try to pull them onto the time line.

In the Juicer slect the output as .avi and you should have no problem. Tricaster and .mov do not play well together!
