Help with external drive config

Ok, I need a power supply that can turn on and off without a motherboard.

I am making case with 400gb worth of SCSI drives and this is the last part I need.

Basicly a LARGE external drive.

Or if anyone knows how to mod an exsisting power supply, please post the link.
