Odd mouse-click behavior

This seems to be a new problem I have not seen before. Whenever I click on an actual clip anywhere on the timeline, the cursor goes to the beginning of the clip. This is real annoying. If I want to razor a clip and get it to the right spot, and I click on the clip, BAM. Back to the beginning. I can actually accomplish the razor if I right click select Razor. But I used to do it by clicking the clip and pressing C on the keyboard. I have done this millions of times and it is a hard habit to break. What changed that caused this?

You've enabled Tracking, it seems. When Tracking is enabled, the Edit Line jumps to a user-specified point in the current clip (start, center, or end). Switch it off at lower right.

Steve's right. The likely cause of this is an inadvertent click of the 'u' key, which is the Track Clip hotkey.
