Need Help.....

Installed Disc 2 - content only with Lightwave 9.2 already loaded on machine..... (PC) with Windows XP Pro Intel Quad 2.66 2 gig ram nvidea geforce 6600GT

Still getting the "Animation directory specified does not exist" warning when loading scenes in Layout ??????????

Also notices I'm missing the "LogoArsenal _Faces...LogoAsenal _Bevels.....LogoAsenal _Sides....LogoArsenal_Special....LogoArsenal_Noen" in SURFACE PRESETS ?????????

At this point not sure if anything else is missing????? I do have the 3d arsenal tab...the easy test buttons.....so all the "main Burrons seem to be there.

I have followed all the installation instructions I could locate....Selected Master Content Directory......Rescanned plugins....DL 9.2 configs....

Installed and uninstalled few times........


Seems like a great program...wish I could get it running right, ANY HELP will be appeciated, especially from NewTek support.

The Animation direcory not specified error just means the scene was set to render to a drive that is not available on your machine.
This is an error on our part that the scene was left in this state but you can just say no to the error and everything will work fine from there.

There is a presets installer on the root of the 3DA content DVD. Launch the installer and point it at your LightWave directory. This will install the presets.

You have everything else and i apologize for the sloppy install. We are creating a new installer to deal with all these issues and hope to have it out soon.
