Layout only loading 1 layer

Man... what gives?

Layout will not update changed objects even when Modeler is synced to it, and when I resave the object and go to replace the old model, Layout only brings in the 1st layer.

i´ve the same problem!
in 9.0 9.2 and 9.3.
