Adding CG Title Shutsdowns SE

When I add the Title CG to my project and then adjust the out point, I get the message the SE "needs to shutdown". Any advice?

I've never ran into your issue with the CG. Maybe post some SE Prefs settings and System and OS would help track this down, as well as project size and layers when this occurs. Has it happened again from a cold boot?
