Multiple Objects to multiple files

Ok lets say i have 50 cylinders or circles that i have duplicated using the array duplication function. But the catch is, i would like to have each entity in a seperate file for use in another package. Is there are a quick way or a plugin that would do this for me or do i need to save each one individually (or maybe write my own script to do it).

any help would be good.

I know there's a script for this somewhere, just can't remember what it's called. Like you said though, just assign a key to save incremental, and whack the button as many times as needed.
