Hello all,
Probably an obvious question but need to ask before installing LW 9.2, et al plug-ins. Question, can I install "both" versions (64bit / 32bit) on same PC ?
That is, I have a 64 bit system and "know" about certain 32 bit plug-ins that may not work and would like to alternate between the two versions. Of course they would be in separate directories. I currently have LW on my 32 bit system and want to take advantage of dual core speed, etc on the other PC.
I'm aware on memory limitation for the 32 bit version. I have a bunch of plug-ins (32 bit) that may not work unless lscript (as I understand it).

I want to keep one system with LW rather than switching dongle between 2 PC's. Anyone that may enlighten me I would appreciate it.

Yes, you can. And LW32 on a 64bit system runs 32bit plugins just fine.

Cheers,
Mike

Thanks Mike for the information. I probably would use the other PC as a rendering farm. Also by installing into a new PC and fresh install, I would only install compatible and useful plug-ins and eliminate "old" ones.
