Constraints Question

does anyone know how to attach an object to the characters hand?

i want the character to pick up a bottle and throw it, but i dont know how to make the bottle attach to the hand at a certain frame and then leg go at a later frame.

Can anyone please help?

I believe you can use follower and constrain the timeframe to do this.
