Gray Print Effect from Lousy Source Tip!

Here something I stumbled upon(when I'm supposed to working,LOL).
A sort of gray print type,Flash type effect.

This is the final with settings from the Color Adjust Filter.

This might be useful for crappy .avi's.

Nice effect, 'w' (not related to the pres., are you?) - sort of a drawn-in-charcoal feel to it :)
