Make titler easier to find

I would rather have a new, open and edit title in the menu and do away with the title icons.

I like the current setup I don't think it can get much easier, click the title tab on file bin and drop which type you want in the timeline. I like being able to do everything on the timeline/storyboard no need for menus.
