Hey. I'm working on a new character and would like to get your opinion on him. He's a cowboy/superhero type of character. You can check out my current thread at http://www.lwg3d.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13445 to follow the progress. Other images can be found at http://www.jproberts.com/wip.htm. Thanks for your comments!

This image shows a few expression tests and facial morphs. I'll be uploading more images to my LWG3d thread later...

Good use of the Todd Grimes DVD. I worked on a character from it last month. See Wacky Superhero. My only comment would be that the ears on your character are a bit flat aganist his head. From the front he looks as though he hasn't any ears. Either that or his sideburns are too thick. Keep up the good work. Would like to see what variations you put into him.

JP. I was looking at your pics here again. And was thinking that maybe you could also morph the hat to move. You know, some what down when mad. Tilted up and cocked to the side for that "hey how you doing" look. so on and so on...............Just to give the whole sence of the emotion. Anyway another 2 cents worth.
Later. Don

Hi Don. Thanks for the ideas. I like the idea of moving the hat based on the emotion! I'll definitely incorporate that. It'd give the character a little more visual interest as well!
Kuzey: I'd highly reccomend Todd G's DVD's! It's one of the best character training resources I've used! Desktop Images has a preview video for each one of the 5 dvd's if you want to check them out first.
