Hi folks.

I have some weird errors in my Flash FLV video renders from SpeedEDIT. There are regular flashes of 'bad quality' in my streams. Here's an example that you can see:

It is most visible in the high quality stream. The player should adapt to your bandwidth, but it's most evident in the high quality clip (1300 kbps).

Anyone knows what this could be caused by? I REALLY need a solution as I'm supposed to deliver this soon.

My questions, I need captions. :D
I was impressed that I was able to stream the entire video with no pausing compared to most videos I view on the net. How are you doing that. I'm impressed!

Are you talking about the softness that comes and goes every couple seconds?

Hi Ted.

It's a combination of Flash FLV with Metadata injected into it and a player built upon Javascript/PHP. It actually works the same way a real media streaming server does, but on a standard webhotel. Try to jump around the video by clicking on the timeline bar. And you can change qualities on the fly ( the ((·)) button )

But yeah, it's the softness I'm talking about, although I'd call it blockyness. :)
