Motion Mixer Problems losses motion on some bones

I setup my bones in my character. For some reason my bones in the hands keep lossing its motion. After I saved my scene and reopen it all motion in the hands are gone.

Has anyone had problems with lossing motion in motion mixer.

And if so is there a work around?
