We're trying to get a LW 8 instal on my wife's HP PC notebook..she's got a pavillion dv8000 with I believe a Gig of RAM.
while it acknowledges "new hardware" when we plugged in my LW dongle, we keep getting this warning when we try to install:
"Dongle not detected. Please be sure the dongle is attached to the proper port before proceeding with the install. Error Code = -103"
I know little about PCs, so any pointers would be a huge help in this!
