Nice CG,
however on the pratical side, make the seat of the bench more curvy!
So that it's nice to sit on!

I said that everything is ok but if I were you, I would remove the railing from inside of the object
bye!
very good so far, I would however turn down the light from above, it's making those stainless steel tubes look white because it's bleaching them out, turning that down a little may bring back some of the reflections.
or if the lighting is okay you need to give it something to reflect.

on the design side I'd make the tubes smaller too, they look very large for what they need to do.
Hi All,
I’ve made some changes to the object, think you’ll find it an improvement.
Matt - about the frame work, it is actually suppose to be white. This is based on a really companies products and that’s how it’s built but you can get them in steel.
Also the tubes are pretty much that size. Thanks for you comments though. If I had designed it I think I would have used smaller tubing as well.
jin'a - think u should like the new curvy seats. The real thing has curvy seats anyway.
Have a problem now with AA.
First image uses low and the holes look fine. But the second uses medium and the holes are closing up.
Has anyone got a suggestion as to what I should do about this?
Thanks for your time guys.
oh just remembered I set the Threshold to 0.05 when i used medium. Maybe this had something to do with it.
Fixed it was the Threshold.

mmmmm....that looks real comfy
Thats a rad seat man! Is it a design which you're just putting to computer?
If so there aint much i can comment on, as the modelling is good, and the surfacing...there aint much to!
If it wasn't to a design i would say some-at about the actual model, but as it is, i'll leave it!
Rad work, keep it up!

Is it white or stainless steel?
Regardless it looks like a mix between the two. The reflection on the bottom rail makes me think its a metal, plus the blown out white highlites on a greyish material. Just my observation :D
Did you model all the holes or is it a map?
I recently had to make something like that myself and I modeled all the holes since I had to get up close - wasn't a good time.
Mmmm not very user-friendly for the homeless, or for those intimate moments with your lady friend :) I'd loose the middle hand rests.

Riki,
Someone else designed the thing, not Lude. He can't change that.
Lude,
I like it a lot. The texturing is very nice. The metal part looks like it could use some more work texture wise. Maybe a few tiny flaws like scratches, although the company probably wouldn't like to see these, it might give it a more realistic feel. If you leave it as is, though, it looks really good too.

Nice work.
Suggestion: Add a micro-bump to the seat surface, to soften the reflections a little maybe?
I really like the dry grassy ground texture - how did you do that?
