Any of you NewTek guys knows if there will be 2 versions of VT[3] like VT[2], one for Win2K and one for WInXP? Would like to know since I have just placed an order for the VT[3] upgrade.
Thanks!

It's not necessary. The VT [3] installer transparently checks to see whether it's being installed on win2k or XP, and uses the appropriate drivers. One installer works on both.

Paul, does it work better on XP? Am I missing any features by using it with windows 2000 Pro? My dealer told me that it is optimized for XP and I should upgrade to XP before using VT3.

In all honesty, XP is a significant improvement over Windows 2000, and the System Restore feature alone is worth the price.
To answer your question: yes.
Hyperthreading support in XP will boost DV performance in both T2 and T [3].
