How to get rid of the startup DV Display dialog?

I always choose NTSC as most users in NA probably do. It's starting to get on my nerves. Is there a way to get rid of that dialogue and if so, how?

Save the config on exit... and make sure you started a new config on the initial startup requester, as you can't overwrite the default (it's stupid how aura let's you save on exit, but if it's the default config it doesn't actually save anything). I asked for it to be changed to make sense, Aura developers didn't listen.
