Thanks! It's making me mad. I try to squeeze and squeeze while still having something worth looking at, and it still comes out huge.

pretty cool - i had to watch the GIF too, as i seem to be lacking the proper CODEC - your site is looking great, but it is really slow loading (this is at work, on a T3 line).

Thanks lone. I've been told that my site is slow.. I realise it has a lot of images on it, but even my old site was slow. It may be because my server is using DSL. That's pretty slow. :(

The codec should be cinepac. might be divX 5.0

Interesting little anim - I think the walk cycle could be improved - he looks like he's limping a bit at the mo since one end of the computer deforms when he takes a step with one leg, but the other end doesn't deform when he takes a step with the other leg. He could also have done with a spray can when he was doing his graffitti bit.....otherwise, nice lil anim.

Yes, I looked and you're right about the deformation, and I don't know why it works that way.

And he has a spraycan, it's just hidden by his hand. I must have made it too small...
