Yes, absolutely!
In your LightWave Hub config file (LWHUB.cfg) paste this:
ToolButtonColor 100 110 125
StateButtonColor 100 110 125
ActionButtonColor 100 110 125
DialogButtonColor 100 110 125
DragButtonColor 100 110 125
BackgroundColor 90 90 105
InfoAreaColor 90 90 105
InfoAreaTextColor 0 0 0
. . . and play with the numbers.
The numbers represent R G B and range from 000 - 255, so 255,255,255 = white and 000,000,000 = black etc.
You'll find LightWave won't accept certain shades of colour over a certain brightness, I think it tries to be "intelligent" with what it thinks can be displayed well.
