Hi,
Finally upgraded to LW9 and discovered what seems to be a repeatable crash, described below. It's very basic and just involves moving a single light in a very simple scene causing LW to hang. I'm using a very stock computer, details below. The crash doesn't happen with 8.2 on the same machine.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Test file is at http://workfresh.com/lightwave
instructions are:
1. open scene: ogl_test_v001.lws
the scene should open with dual viewports split vertically, camera on the LEFT, back on the RIGHT.
2. ensure move tool is selected
3. select the light using SHIFT-L
4. try to move the light in the RHS viewport (back view)
...at this point the scene hangs on my computer
