Plugin needed for leveling out polygons (more info inside) (yet another question)

I have this road with terrain (currently flat) and I use the dragNet and the magnet tools to make hills and such. Well if you do that the road tilts along with the terrain, make thing road at a angle like \ (well, that steep, but you get the picture). How would I easily level it flat _? Is there any non-plugin way to do this? and if there isn't, does anyone know of some good plugins for that. Thanks a lot (I think I should make my sig "Offical asker of millions of questions").

that's easy enough to model:

select the entire road, hit shift F for smooth shift, click once but don't drag, hit "h" for stretch and drag down to flatten the road - or some combination of the above
