Something with a bit of bite

Does anyone know of any tutorials on modeling teeth and gums etc.?

I've been modeling a head on and off for the past month or so based on the head modeling tutorial in Inside Lightwave 7 and have yet to see anything anywhere on how to model the inside of the mouth.

I suppose I could use the skills aquired in what I've learned from the book and other tutorials and apply that to the mouth but I don't really know how I should go about starting it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the links. I also found a model of teeth and gums on simplylightwave that I'll use for reference to create my own model.
