Flags animating too slowly with ClothFX

I'm animating a couple flags with ClothFX and the movement looks good but runs like viewing slow motion video. I'm using a couple 'Wind' effects to make them look like they're blowing in a breeze but looks unnaturally slow. Anyone know how to speed things up? Thanks!

sure, bake the motion to an mdd file and replay the deformations double speed with mdplug
