Audio Pops

I just finished a 15-min Training Film and about six minutes in I began hearing unexplained Audio "pops". Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? It definitely is on the Master and copies! Thanks - jim

Jim,
This could be improper airflow around the VT capture card.
If you cool your system down (shutdown) and then place a temporary fan next to your open case, does it return on playback?

Is this a new card?

P.S. This is a card I bought in 2000 and has been working fine until now so it must be what you said. It does get warm here in Scottsdale...but it's a dry heat!
