I can vouch for them. I ordered one months ago - just for SE - and it works great.

I have also been able to play a 2K 1080p clip from the Red camera on the time line as well - so it does handle many resolutions and frame rates.

It's well worth it. I really like the output module on SE with the laptop hooked up to my 32" Sony Bravia thru the DVI-2-HDMI port. the time line looks great - then you double click to play the timeline and your output video is full screen.

It really rocks with my audio going thru two Mackie SM450 400 watt [powered speakers.

I had one small issue with my video driver and a beta version of SE and Blaine got me a newer driver right away and I was up and running before i knew it.

Great product and great service -

aloha,

Keith

Jenny,

In case you didn't see it, this is Blaine's desktop configurator.

There are other dealers here who can help also, but Blaine is one of the best.

Thanks to you Billy, I'm not considering it, I am definitely getting it.

Thanks for turning me on to it.

I saw a demo at Gov DV Expo and it blew me away :)

Man, NT needs to put me on the payroll or something. Just in the past few months I convinced Jenny to buy SpeedEdit and Comcast here in the 'burg to buy a VT. :santa:

And I didn't even get a Christmas card from them. :stumped:

Hey Blaine are the DVD drives in these swappable? I am waiting for a blu-ray burning option to buy a laptop and was wondering if I bought one now from you if I could add a blu-ray in the future.

The drives are swappable, but no Blu-ray yet.
