Can't Find camera one

I have a customer of mine who's TriCaster is having problems. He cannot get his camera one input to work, no signal. I told him to try to reset the Tricaster back to it's original settings with the utility, but he says he cannot get into admin mode either. Does anyone have any suggestions, or live in the Moreno Valley Ca. area that can give him a hand?
