I have now had the Tricaster lock up in three separate live productions.
Twice, it has locked on to the iVGA input. Most often I just use the number keys to cut from source to source; that didn't work, nor did double clicking or picking a 'next' source and hitting spacebar, or clicking the take button. It was quite locked.
This was only on the VGA output. On the preview screen, it was working. In fact, I didn't notice until one of my cameramen pointed it out to me -- had my head buried in the previews. We finally cleared it by turning off and then back on the VGA output, I believe.
The third time was a total system lockup. No response to mouse clicks or anything. We don't have any plugins or anything, the system is about as virgin as could be.
Is there something that I should be aware of that would cause the first problem? And has anyone experienced the second?
