export to mdl?

Is there any way to export a lwo with UVs to mdl? Hopefully a plugin...unfortunately don't see one on flay.

Or does anyone have any tricks/workarounds to get to a mdl?

You can export from LightWave into .obj format and then import directly into A:M. You can also import the .obj file into Wings3d and directly create an .mdl file. However, I'm not sure that either will convert the UVs.
