For a start turn up your aa level.
I presume that bubbly sort of texture is supposed to be water sliding off some sort of visor. If so, i would paint a texture in photoshop, those procedurals dont do any credit to your image.
Also its kinda unclear what that surfce at the bottom of the image is supposed to be?
I realy like the ocean sort of water, but the overall image looks a bit messy and confusing. Its hard to make out the background too.
I hope these comments help, i think the overall image has potential.

thanks 4 th e feed back dude i don't have photoshop yet the only paint program i hve is aura and it sthe old version so i was trying to work with what ihad i wanted to see how far my waterdrops on the camera could make it thanx 4 the feed back

If you're after a photoshop-esque paint program but don't have the budget. GIMP is quirky, but useful, plus, its free!! http://www.gimp.org/
