so... I wanted to do a spiral staircase that I saw somewhere on-line, just for fun... and here it is so far, any comments welcome. :)

Kind of hard to make out the staircase structure...may be if you could re-compose to show the stair construction better and make the overall composition more interesting (this looks like a standard shot to me)?

yes...is based on a standard shot from the construction workers who made the stairwell. I saw the image on the web and decided to make the shot in 3D.

The scale on the staircase looks pretty good. But the books in the background must be about 2 feet high. Maybe a little more variety in the spine length too. Also I can't tell if there is any base molding or not. If not maybe add some if it is there amybe make it stand out a little from the floor. Other than that it doesn't look to bad.
