Cyclist problem

hey, so I've been playing with cyclist for a couple days and I'm confused.

Here's the situation:
I have a box with that's going to be hopping along. it's setup with IK and the goal is called "control_null" the cycler controller is called "jump cycle control." The files are here:

Take a look at it if you can, I'm confused because as much as I can tell, everything's cool.
