The necks look a little bit long to me and it's hard to tell from only one angle but it seems the bodies are wide enough from side to side, but not front to back. Do you get what I mean? Also I think you need to shape the tummy fur a bit better it doesn't really do it for me. :)

Good characters, Steve, but I would do something about the Leonardo poses... You could rig them and invent a scene conveying more of their personalities. Also, lose the lens flare - it just detracts from the characters. Keep posting, it will be cool to see how this develops...

Yes, steve, please lose the lens flares. Nothing screms newbie like the lens flare. Ok, maybe the checkered floor and the relfective ball is a step lower but lens flares are a very nice second.;)

Daddy bear has a seriously great face, I think mummy bear should move in that direction.

I really dislike the squared off belly fur sections, PLEASE round them off pronto!

hi thanks for the kind comments.

re: lens flares....Hmmm tastey!..well actually i was out to provoke a response!!!!..yeh i hate em as well...just thought i'd put one in to mess the image up!..DOH!

as for the poses..they are currently in a rigging pose as they WILL get rigged [the small bear,..i simply rotated his arms in modeler for a quick pose]

as for the maps on the bear chest....yup...err yuk so far..simply poly selected surface colours...they will be mapped...don't worry!
i may paint them in painter or photoshop..or even aura dv!

the dad bear was the first made...he's my fav so far..

anyway finally got the beginnings of the three bears...need a golilocks next plus the locations for the book....house...wood...
kitchen..front door scene...bedroom scene...table n bowls scene..and some chairs!...

going to be a full weekend!
